Hello, I’m Melissa!

I’ve been in recruitment since 2015 and I’ve also worked closely with local colleges in Norfolk offering CV and Interview advice as well as employability skills workshops and presentations.

Too often I see a student or graduate try to take their first steps into the working world, but don’t really understand or know how to apply for a job or prepare for an interview.

This is where I come in. With a background in recruitment and experience working with students, school-leavers and graduates alike, I can help you through the entire recruitment process with expert advice from a recruiter’s point of view.

How? Because I can tell you exactly what we look for in our applicants as well as offer some insider secrets!
